I love the fact that 1 hour of callanetics is thought to be roughly equivalent to 20 hours of Cardio (I get bored doing Cardio). In just 7 classes I have gone down a dress size and my been able to wear short sleeved t-shirts for the first time in years. I am over the moon and intend to make callanetics a regular feature in my life!

I've found Callanetics to be the best exercise programme I have ever tried. It's very hard work and hurts like mad, but it works, and it's only for an hour a week! I lost 8.5 inches in just 10 classes - result! Can't recommend it enough.

Callanetics and Lorraine are both fantastic. I have tried many classes over the years, step aerobics, yoga, pilates, spinning and more but this is the only class that I have consistently attended. Its hard work but the benefits are worth it. I feel more toned and clothes fit better. The hour class flies past with Lorraine providing constant encouragement. It is varied each week so no chance to get bored. Highly recommended.

Not being a huge fan of exercise classes, I was amazed that I actually wanted to go back and after only a few weeks started feeling the effects it was having - so am now totally hooked. I started Lorraine's Callanetics classes 6 months after the birth of my second baby. I was carrying the usual post-baby weight and wobbles and wanted to tone up. I lost 7 inches in the first 10 classes and continue to lose the inches. My thighs and waistline are slimmer, my bum smaller and arms toned.
