Callanetics Teacher in East Lothian - Lorraine Cunningham.
Originally from Co. Waterford in Ireland Lorraine competed in Irish Dancing from a young age and in more recent years while living in Australia became more involved in Ballroom Dancing.
BSc Degree qualified in Business Management and Marketing Lorraine moved away from her previous career as a Business Development Manager in the Recruitment sector to pursue her passion for fitness. She has competed in several Half-Marathons, the Edinburgh Marathon in 2008 and took part in the 54 mile Caledonian Challenge in 2009.
Lorraine, who was a Yoga fanatic while studying for her degree, was overwhelmed with the results of Callanetics and vows that it is the most effective exercise regime she has ever experienced.
She is a highly motivated and results driven individual who enjoys a challenge and is committed to succeeding in any environment. Ensuring the achievement of inch loss with all students with a focus on effective delivery and return students. With a positive and outgoing attitude she not only has an academic track record for success having been awarded First Class Honours for her Thesis she has a track record of proven results in Callanetics as well as possessing strong movitational and coaching skills. When she set up Callanetics East Lothian she was overwhelmed by the number of Callanetics followers.
